How To Order From Bear Valley Bats –
A Four Step Process

Review the information on our website to determine which wood is best for your particular
needs. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us and we will help guide you in the
decision process.

When you have decided on the wood species you would like, simply order and choose the specs for the basic design you would prefer. The choices made at this point CAN STILL BE CHANGED.

Once the order is placed, we will send you our Basic Design Form for you to fill out and send back.
This form enables you to provide more details about the design and personalization you want for
your bat. When we get this back, one of our expert bat fabricators will send you a diagram of your
bat for your review and further modifications. There is never any charge for designing your bat, no
matter how long it might take.

Once the design has been finalized, one of our expert craftsman will hand make your bat to
the specific specs based on your very own design. The bats will then be
professionally packaged and safely shipped to your home or office!
